Trappers Retreat in Snowbasin

The home is a two level home with two king size beds and a queen
upstairs and a large two bedroom lower level with bunk beds and play
room for the kids. With a game table perfect for cards, a full siz
pool table and other activities the adults will love it too.
Both levels feature beautiful views of the golf course below and the
mountains across the valley. The home is within blocks of the
shuttle stop for Powder Mountain and next to the clubhouse with pool
and Jacuzzi. Snow Basin, host of the Olympics, is just across the
lake and both of these resorts feature the best terrain in Utah
withthe least crowds. The home has all the amenities and a garage
for your vehicle. Summer activities are abundant with fishing,
biking, hiking and two public launches for all the water activities
that Pine view lake provides. Winter activities are plentiful.

Full kitchen, two car garage, laundry, pool table as well as bumper
pool, card table and games. Large screen TV's with DVD's and
satalite music as well as easy universal remote system. There is a
club house with pool and Jacuzzi as well as a meeting/party area.
Satellite and internet access, work station and phone. Discounted
lift tickets and airport shuttle available on request. Guided back
country tours are also available. There is also a concierge to
answer all your questions and provide you with whatever you can
imagine.

Winter activities include:
Skiing, snow boarding, snow mobiling, snow shoeing, cross country
skiing and relaxing.

Summer activities include:
Water skiing, wake boarding, fishing, hiking, moutain biking,
canoeing, kayaking, horse back riding and relaxing.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking with
remaining 75% payable 2 weeks in advance, should no confirmation be
received the booking will be cancelled. This is payable by check or
credit card.

$75 cleaning fee. 3 day minimum. A $200 damages deposit is also
required, refundable upon satisfactory check-out, paid back to you
by check.
