Vacation Rental Description

A ROOMY cottage, surrounded by hundreds of palm trees, on a SPACIOUS 
2 acres of PRIVATE LAND between the waters of the Atlantic OCEAN and 
the Indian RIVER.  A private BEACH on one side of the property and a
RIVER with a boat ramp/dock on the other.
 
TOTALLY PRIVATE BEACH featuring the shade of a large(20 ft X 12ft) 
thatched CABANA so you won't get sunburned.  No rocks, just shell 
collecting on this wide soft-sand beach.  Swing in the HAMMOCK 
with the ocean breeze while the sound of the waves lull you to 
sleep. Lounge in beach chairs and watch the waves. At night, from 
May 1 to October 31, see the sea turtles nesting. SUPREMELY 
BEAUTIFUL sunrises and moonrises on the beach. STROLL 2 minutes on a 
path with stepping-stones to the beach day or night. 

ENCHANTING RIVERFRONT with dock and boat ramp on the Indian River to 
watch many kinds of birds and fish. GORGEOUS river SUNSETS year 
around from the front porch in a double CHAIR SWING surrounded by a 
tropical garden.  The river is less than a minute walk away.

Treat yourself to a relaxing bath in the LARGE HOT TUB at the 
tropical courtyard gardens.

GREAT FISHING all around the property on the beach, river, 
Sebastian Inlet, or offshore.

BEST SURFING; Sebastian Inlet State Park is the East Coast Capital 
of Surfing.

Located just 11 miles north of the Disney Beach Resort.
 
TREMENDOUS AMENITIES: Water toys, sports equipment, games, and
toys, for the cottage, beach, river, and "football field-size" yard. 
It's like a PRIVATE ISLAND all-inclusive vacation package that feels 
like home. Restaurants and groceries are 5-10 minutes away.

The FULLY FURNISHED cottage is on the Indian River and large private 
estate that spans from the ocean to the river, surrounded by natural 
tropical vegetation. SPACIOUS, single story with no stairs. Not like 
a cramped condo or hotel with elevators. A-1-A, the 2-lane rural 
coastal road, runs north and south through the property.  The speed 
limit is 45 MPH and has little traffic compared to crowded beach 
areas.  

The large PRIVATE MASTER SUITE with adjoining bath has a ROMANTIC, 
island-feeling with a billowing fabric ceiling and mirrored closet 
doors. It leads to the garden COURTYARD and HOT TUB through large 
sliding glass doors.  At the other end of the cottage are two 
bedrooms that share a full bathroom. A new double pull-out sofa is 
in the family room.

quick visits to either Melbourne or Vero Beach in 20 minutes.

PLAY with all the beach toys, collect shells and beach treasures, 
picnic, or hang out in your private beach cabana hammock.

Take your own ecological tour. Go bird-watching for pelicans, 
seagulls, egrets, herons, ospreys,...You'll see a variety of fish 
including dolphins, manatees, turtles, and hopefully catch your own 
dinner if you like to fish or get blue crabs.

ENJOY the GAME ROOM with bumper pool, foosball, and air hockey.  
Lots of family board games, video games, toys, books, and movies.

The large HOT TUB will SOOTHE your body in the tropical courtyard.

FISH with our gear at the beach, river, and Sebastian Inlet 
State Park, which is only 3 miles south of the house. Grill your 
catch where you catch it, too.

Also at the river- fish, catch crabs in the traps, sunbathe, or just 
watch dolphin, manatees, and birds from the dock. EXPLORE dozens of 
uninhabited islands and lagoons with rented watercraft. Rent a motor 
boat, canoe, or kayak just 2 miles away at Honest John's Fish Camp 
or near Sebastian Inlet.

BIKE to Sebastian Inlet, Long Point State Park, restaurants, 
convenient stores, and tropical neighborhoods....VISIT the famous 
Sebastian Inlet State Recreational Park with world-class fishing, 
surfing, and boating; Take an ecological tour of the Indian River 
Lagoon, or enjoy a snack and watch the fishing and surfing action 
from the beach jetty.

Rent a jet-ski, airboat, or go horseback riding.

Charter a sailboat at Captain Hiram's for a sunset cruise, 
or deep sea fishing boat that resides in the river cove.

Renters/occupants must be 25 years of age.

Price include cleaning fee, registration fee, booking fee,

any other fee that other owners dream up !

To reserve your date, just send an email requesting registration
forms.  When I receive the completed forms and half of the 
rental rate plus tax, your reservation will be confirmed.  Full
payment is to be 
received one month prior to arrival with a $400 refundable security
deposit.

Normal check in is Saturday 2:00 P.M. & check out Saturday 10:00 A.M.

After a long day in the sun and sea, have a good night sleep 
in plush bedding while listening to the whisper of the ocean waves.
