Our condo is a corner unit located on the second floor of a quaint
12-unit building two short blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. This
building is an MIMo structure that has just been renovated.

The condo unit is fully furnished and decorated in a modern,
contemporary style. And with its numerous windows, you'll enjoy warm
natural lighting every hour of the day.

The recently remodeled kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes,
pots/pans, utensils and appliances. The new bathroom is complete with
towels and hair drier. Other amenities include new TV's, stereo, DVD
players, Directv, DSL, iron and ironing board, and a pillow-top
mattress. What's more, because our condo has a sofabed in the
livingroom, you can easily sleep up to four. Our condo has truly been
renovated with every home comfort –– just bring a bag of clothes and a
toothbrush.

The building also has its own laundry facilities and plenty of street
parking.

Our condo is located in a charming, bohemian North Shore neighborhood
2 blocks west of Collins Avenue and a 10 minute drive to South Beach.
From here you can walk to the beach, local shops, great restaurants,
scooter rentals, a farmer's market, parks, and more. There is even a
beach-front bandshell that hosts weekend concerts. Bal Harbor,
Surfside, Aventura, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables are also a short drive.

Miami Modern (MIMo) is the predominant architectural style of North
Shore. It's modern lines and curves celebrate the post-World War II
optimism and creativity. Just recently, the North Shore Neighborhood
was nominated for the National Register of Historic Places.

$100-150 per Day*
*Plus a refundable deposit of $300 and a non-refundable cleaning fee
of $100. Excluding Holidays and Special Events.

$1750-1900 per Month**
**First month/last month, refundable $800 security deposit and a
non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.

Approved pets: $200 non-refundable security deposit.
