 Come enjoy the benefits of membership.  New paint,carpet and  
all furnishings. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is located in the  
Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort.  You will be provided  
with amenity cards that allow you to enjoy the privileges of being a  
member of The Tops'l Club. One all inclusive price for 7-day stays.   
 
     Tops'l is a "Top 50 U.S. Tennis Resort" located on 52 acres and  
bordered by sugary beaches and a state nature preserve.  Tops'l is  
on the beach between Sandestin Golf Resort on the west side and The  
Sierra Club Nature Preserve on the east side.  My unit is about    
1200 sq. ft. in size and is a short stroll to the beach.  There is  
also a shuttle service that runs throughout the property all year. 
 
     You will have access to 3 outdoor heated pools, hot tubs,  
and 1 indoor pool.  The main pool overlooks the ocean where a band  
plays during the summer.   There is a private pool and hot tub  
located at the Summit building. 
 
     If golf is your game, there are some of the best golf courses  
in North Florida located within 2 miles of Tops'l.  Incredible  
restaurants and shops are located very close to the resort.  
 
 The Ocean Club restaurant is located on the property and is one of the  
area's best.  If needed, child services are also available on the  
property so the adults can enjoy a night out.  
 
     This property sleeps six people.  There is a king size bed in  
the master suite.  The second bedroom has two twin beds.  There is a  
queen size pull-out sofa sleeper in the den.  Linens are provided as  
well as kitchen essentials.
