Year round vacation rental. Stately 4-bedroom lake house privately
situated on 1.9 acres of Aiken Point with a private dock and private
sandy beach. Built in the 1930s as a summer residence for a wealthy
Massachusetts family, this house maintains all the charm of that era
with all modern appliances in the kitchen. Quiet setting (you can
hear the loons call) with lake views from most of the windows and
mountains views from the yard.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with queen size bed and private bath. A
second master bedroom with queen size bed shares a large bathroom
with a bedroom containing two twin beds. Views of the lake from
upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs is a bedroom with a w/ pyramid bed
(bunk bed w 1 on top, 2 below) and single bed, with a small bathroom
and shower across the hall.

Large kitchen with plenty of counter space and breakfast nook,
butler's pantry, laundry area; formal dining room and living room
with water views. Screened porch with comfortable seating and dining
furniture, views of the lake.

Gas grill, private beach and dock, large private yard, large screened-in back porch.

Antiquing, Hiking, Golf (Ragged Mountain, Mt. Sunapee, and Mojalaki
in Franklin), Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Water-Skiing, and Jet
Skiing. Perfect for Fall leaf peepers!

Winter sports include downhill skiing (16 miles to Gunstock Mountain, 18.9 miles to Ragged Mountain and "Ski 93") and Cross Country Skiing. Snowmobiling on one of state trails. See Lakes Region Snowmobile Club.

There is nearby shopping in Tilton at the Tanger Outlet Center. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby.
