Big, single level 4 bedroom home has all the amenities...large
living room with tons of seating including Reclyners, entertainment
center...VCR, stereo, DVD and Kareoke.....PLUS a special Navajo style fireplace to keep you cozy.
Master is huge and is separated from the rest of the
bedrooms...features a deep, sunken, Navajo style tub that looks out
to a private atrium...gated, of course. There is a front courtyard
with a beautiful mosaic concrete table and benches that enables you
a respectable view of the lake...but the best is the large back yard
with its pool, spa and exceptionally beautiful patio table and
lounge chairs...overlooking the pool, of course.
An exercise set is there outside, also. Pool is heated if you wish. Optional inernet available.

Heated pool, spa, large back yard with formal and plush patio set,
under the patio overhang is a lunch table, plus a hockey game set
and "safe" dartboard.Want to sit out front and peek at the lake?
There is a mosaic table and bench set in the front yard courtyard
for that morning coffee. Large living room with lost of reclyners,
queen sofabed, loveseat and an entertainment center
including VCR, DVD and stereo...even a retro 8 track for those
cassettes you've kept all these years! Big kitchen with breakfast
bar and desk area...separate dining room area. Loads of RV/Boat
parking on the side and in front...plus a two-car garage. Sleeps
12. Fully vacation equipped...just bring your toothbrush and a
beach towel!

rafting, water skiiing, jet skiing, cliff diving, ...even a new

London Bridge...what more do you want...too many activities to list!
The Nevada gaming town of Laughlin in about an hour away...past that
is Vegas! Across the lake on the California side is our own Havasu
Landing Casino, restaurant and lounge...sip a cocktail and have an
early bird dinner overlooking the lake as you witness the sunset on
the Lake Havasu City side grom where you came...ask me for free
round trip tickets on the Casino boat.
