East Cliff Beach Oasis-Luxury Vacation Rental Beach House in Santa Cruz

Visit our luxury beach vacation rental. Located along the beautiful
Monterey Bay, our ocean view home is one short block from an
expansive, dog-friendly beach. On East Cliff Drive between Capitola
Village and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Harbor we are close to
restaurants, entertainment, beaches, surfing, hiking, redwoods and
more. We are conveniently located 40 minutes from the San Jose
International Airport, 1 1/2 hours south of San Francisco, and 30
minutes North of Monterey/Carmel.

We can accommodate up to six people - perfect for families with
children or couples traveling together. We offer luxury
accommodations including a fully equipped beautiful designer kitchen
with a six burner Wolf Range and a built in Subzero refrigerator. The
dining room easily accommodates eight or more people. The living room
offers a large 42" Plasma HDTV with High definition premium cable, DVD
Player, IPOD docking station, surround sound speakers and outdoor
speakers.
The master suite is furnished with a Cal King bed and it's own private
bathroom with a walk in shower and two showerheads. The master
suite opens to the back patio with a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. The
second bedroom is furnished with two extra long twin beds (together
they make a King). The second bathroom connects to the back
patio and has a jetted tub, shower and two sinks.
The back patio includes a new Hot Springs hot tub, a beautiful outdoor
kitchen and an outdoor shower with hot water. The property has a small
year-round occupied cottage with a separate yard.
We offer luxury linens and bedding, Wireless Internet access, a large
screen Plasma television with surround sound. Each bedroom has its
own TV/DVD. We have a supply of beach towels and chairs for your use
and enjoyment.
Also we consider our home a "Green" home - we use only environmentally
friendly cleaning products, bedding and towels. We recently remodeled
our home with many "green" materials and non-toxic finishes.
We offer organic shampoo, conditioner and lotions for your use as well
as organic coffee and teas.

Santa Cruz offers a wide variety of activities including the Santa
Cruz Beach Boardwalk, a variety of wonderful beaches, swimming,
surfing, boogie boarding, skim boarding and more. Santa Cruz also
offers wonderful shopping, entertainment, restaurants and attractions.
A short drive North, you are in the beautiful redwood forest with
hiking trails, surrounded by nature. A short drive south, there is
the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the famous Cannery Row and amazing art
galleries and shopping in Carmel. Santa Cruz and the surrounding area
offers everything and anything a traveler could imagine.

• Low Season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) :$1,596 per week
• Low Season Nightly Rates: $250 weeknights for 3-4 nights, $245 for 4-5 nights
• Holidays - $1,995 per week or $295 per night (minimum stay of 5 nights)

• All stays subject to a 9.5% occupancy tax and $150 cleaning fee.
