Vacation Rental Description

"La Dolce Vita" ( the good life) is our Brand-New, Mediterranean,  
Seaside home in a private gated community of only nine beautiful  
custoom homes.  Located Gulfside, south side of 30A with a one minute  
walkt to the beautiful sandy beaches. 
 
This new custom home features two master suites with king-size beds,  
a children's bedroom with a bunk bed, twin bed and Pottery Barn floor  
bed.  The 4th bedroom features a full size and twin bed with private  
balcony overlooking the private backyard gardens  and private heated  
pool with jacuzzi jets and built in seats. Both master suites feature  
private balconies with beautiful Gulfviews, huge luxurious stone and  
granite bathrooms, huge walk-in showers, large closets, TVs/VCR, not

Weekly Rentals Saturday to Saturday 
Daily Rates: $250 - 600 per day 
11% Sales Tax/$200 Cleaning Fee
