The pool is 377 sq. ft. The pool was totally renovated in December 2011 with 1 inch mosaic glass tiles.  It is spectacular.  If not the largest pool in Playacar Fase 1 it is near the top.  10 adults can easily swim and relax in the pool at the same time. 

The lot is 13,455 sq. ft..  The living areas and bedrooms are spacious.  When rented as a 3-3 the sq. footage is 2260.  The upstairs suite is 592 sq. ft..  The master bedroom has a king bed; there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 2nd story bedroom with 4 twin beds.   Each bedroom has a private bath, air-conditioner and ceiling fans.  The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped including a full size washer and dryer.

Mayan sites of Tulum and Coba are an hour drive from Playa.
Cozumel is a 20 minute ferry ride away.

The home can rent as a 3 bedroom home, the 2nd floor loft bedroom with 4
twins will not be available, no exceptions. If you use more than the number of bedrooms you pay for there will be a collection of your deposit and you will be asked to leave the house immediately.  
Deposit: 50% non refundable deposit required to book a reservation. Final payment 45 days prior to
arrival date. Damage deposit of $200. due with first payment.  Wire transfer or paypal are
accepted as payment. Details will follow with reservation confirmation.
Balance paid at least 45 days before arrival.
