Remodeled Relaxing Beachside Retreat in Cocoa Beach

The condo is the perfect place to get away and relax. It was recently
redecorated to give you that home away from home feeling. The bed has
350 thread count sheets and the bathroom has plush towels. The entire
condo has a color coordinated theme with that designers touch. The
tranquil shades of the ocean are all around inside and outside your
door. You and your family will love it!!

The resort is located right on the beach. A perfect place to enjoy
the peace and quiet. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath, first-floor condo offers
all the comforts of home and the patio offers a view of the beach.
There is something for everyone at this resort.

We have an oversized pool and spa, it's a perfect spot to enjoy the
sun. Play tennis or basketball on the lighted tennis and basketball
courts. You'll appreciate the covered parking during the summer to
shade your vehicle from the heat.

The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, TV, VCR/DVD and
recliner. The kitchen is fully furnished including a dishwasher and
microwave. There is a breakfast bar and dining area. There is also
second bath in the hall off of the kitchen.

The resort is on Ridgewood Avenue in Cape Canaveral . What is also
great about the location of the condo is that you are close enough to
the pier and local dining but far enough away to enjoy some quiet. We
are just 50 minutes away from Orlando Airport and the attractions in
Orlando just off of Hwy 528 in Cape Canaveral.

It's just a mile to the Cocoa Beach Pier where you can enjoy drinks
while dining right over the ocean in one of the many restaurants at
this landmark site. Both open air and enclosed dining and lounges
offering great service and a breathtaking views of the ocean and
looking back to the beach. Enjoy dining, drinks, and live
entertainment with family and friends at this wonderful attraction,
then retreat back from the high activity level to your relaxing
resort and cozy condo.

We are close to everything but not right by the Pier which can be
very busy and not so private. So here, you have the best of both
worlds. And Ron Jons is just minutes away. Casino cruises depart
daily at Port Canaveral, just 1-1/2 miles to the north. They sail
several times each day and offer free food and drinks. Wonderful Deep
Sea Fishing is also offered at this bustling port.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape
Canaveral. It's just 15 minutes away. The beach in front of the condo
is an excellent spot to watch space shuttle launches.

You can visit historic Cocoa Village for it's quaint shops and
restaurants. There is dining for everyone, places outside that offer
the beach atmosphere and fine dining that is truly unique. Family
and single places also.
