Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is the perfect place to get away and relax. This condo has been recently 
redecorated to give you that home away from home feeling. The bed has 350 thread 
count sheets and the bathroom has plush towels.The entire condo has a color coordinated
theme with that designers touch. The tranquil shades of the ocean are all around inside and outside
 your door. You and your family will love it!!

This luxury resort is located right on the beach. A perfect place to 
relax and enjoy the quiet or venture out for activities. No need to 
squeeze the family into a hotel room when you can spread out in this 
condo. Our 1 bedroom, 2 bath, first-floor condo offers all the 
amenities of home and the patio offers a view of the beach. There is 
something for everyone to enjoy at this resort. 

We have a n oversized pool and spa, it’s a perfect spot 
to read a book and enjoy the sun. Play tennis or basketball on the 
lighted tennis and basketball courts. You’ll appreciate the covered 
parking during the summer time to shade your vehicle from the heat.

 
The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, TV, VCR/DVD and 
recliner. The kitchen is fully furnished including a dishwasher and 
microwave. There is a breakfast bar and dining area. There is also 
second bath in the hall off of the kitchen.

The building address is 7400 Ridgewood Ave. Cape Canaveral . What 
is also great about the location of the condo is that you are close enough 
to the pier and local dining but far enough away to enjoy some quiet.
We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and 
the attractions (Disney, Sea World, Universal, etc.) Just follow 
Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close to 
everything. 

You can walk to World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or 
dinner while dining right over the ocean in one of the many 
restaurants at this landmark site.  Both open air and enclosed 
dining 
and lounges offering great service and a breathtaking views of the 
ocean and looking back to the beach.  Enjoy dining ,drinks, and live 
entertainment with family and freinds at this wonderful attraction, 
then retreat back from the high activity level to your relaxing 
resort and cozy condo.

This resort is close to everything but not right by the pier which 
can be very busy and not so private.  So here, you have the best of  
both worlds. And world famous Ron Jons is just minutes away. Nearby 
casino cruises (Sun Cruz and Sterling) depart daily at Port 
Canaveral, just 1-1/2 miles to the north. They sail several times 
each day and offer free food and drinks.  Wonderful Deep Sea Fishing 
also offered at this bustling port.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape 
Canaveral. It’s just 15 minutes away. The beach in front of the 
condo is an excellent spot to watch space shuttle and rocket 
launches. 

Make sure you visit historic Cocoa Village for it’s quaint  shops and 
excellent restaurants.There is dining for everyone. Places outside that 
offer the beach atmosphere and fine dining that is truly unique. Family 
and single places also.

*  100% Refunds for cancellations processed 60 days prior to arrival 
or sooner.  After 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are not 
refundable.  After 60 days prior to arrival no refunds are given.
*  We require no security deposit.  A $300 down payment is required 
to secure your reservation.  Balance is charged 60 days prior to 
arrival.  We accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
