Vacation Rental Description

Book now for 2009 season.  Paradise awaits you.  Just bring your  
toothbrush and enjoy spending your Florida vacation in paradise.   
This luxurious unit was one of the builder's models in  
the Autumn Lake neighborhood in beautiful Spring Run at the Brooks  
which is located directly across from the pool and jacuzzi.  This  
1st floor coach home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 car  
garage. The unit is an end unit which is very bright and airy.  The  
view from the lanai is a lake.   
 
This model home has been professionally furnished and decorated with  
tile throughout except for the bedrooms.  Master bedroom has a king  
size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has a  
full size bed.  Included are 4 TV's, 3 DVD players, 1 VCR, piped in  
stereo with CD player and intercom in every room, 5 ceiling  
fans and more.  Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. 2 tables and 6  
chairs on the lanai with a large electric George Forman grill and  
tinted hurricane resistant sliding windows. Full size washer and  
dryer, built in microwave and many, many extras.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Spring Run is one of four communities within The Brooks, an award  
winning master planned community by Bonita Bay Group.  It is built  
around an 18 hole, Gordon Lewis designed golf course, (with brand  
new greens as of November 1, 2004), with 5 sets of tees for all  
skill levels. If you would like to golf, you must pay $238.50 to  
Spring Run, and $100.00 to Autumn Lake at the beginning of the  
rental period.   Each round of golf for transfer members is $50.00. 
Spring Run also has a gorgeous clubhouse which serves lunch every  
day, has a full service bar and serves dinner several nights a  
week.  There are also periodic special events at the clubhouse.   
 
While the community pool is directly across from this unit, there is  
also a larger pool at the clubhouse, as well as four tennis courts.   
The Brooks has numerous bike and walking paths throughout its over  
2500 acres.  Spring Run is a gated community for your peace of mind.

Activities and Attractions

Bonita Springs is a perfect vacation spot, located halfway between  
Naples and Ft. Myers (also only a 20 minute ride from Southwest  
Florida Regional Airport).   
 
Nearby beaches include Bonita Beach, (about 10 minutes, Ft. Myers  
Beach (about 20 minutes) and Naples Beach, (about 30 minutes).   
Sanibel and Captiva Islands are to the north where you can find  
shopping, dining and great shelling.   
 
The new Coconut Mall which has many, many shops and restaurants is  
located approximately 3/4 mile from Spring Run. Approximately 10  
minutes from The Brooks is Miromar Outlets which offers some of the  
best shopping in Southwest Florida.   Super Target, K-Mart, Wal Mart, etc.  
are not very far from The Brooks and there are several Flea Markets  
very close.  
 
There are abundant restaurants up and down US41 and many located in Coconut Mall.  If you like  
adventure, don't miss the Everglades for an airboat ride through the  
natural wonderland.  Also leaving from Ft. Myers is a trip to the  
Florida Keys which is a very relaxing trip.  There is also a Casino  
boat that leaves from Ft. Myers.
