The perfect house to gather and relax. The home is on a full acre of
property and only a five-minute ride to the ocean beaches. The house
features has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a relaxing
outdoor shower.

* An 18-foot by 36-foot pool
* Hot tub
* Tennis
* Basketball
* Beach volleyball
* Barbecue

If you want to take a break and stay inside we have:
* Big screen TV (cable)
* A stereo system
* VCR

In preparation for large groups, we have two full-size refrigerators.

Family - Weekly rentals (Includes Weekends) $4250 and up
Family - Sunday Night - Friday noon rentals ..... $ 3,000
Family - Post Labor Day Weeks ....... $ 2,500/week.

Groups - June - $3000 a day minimum. Chaperone required for any
group involving minors.
