property and only a five-minute ride to the ocean beaches. The house
features has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a relaxing
outdoor shower.

Family - Weekly rentals (Includes Weekends) $4500 and up
Family - Sunday Night - Friday noon rentals ..... $ 3,000
Family - Post Labor Day Weeks ....... $ 2,500/week.
Groups - June - $3750 a day minimum. Chaperone required for any
group involving minors.
