Our home books very quickly each year, in part, because of the many
amenities and we keep the price down, by not charging extra for these
things.
This home is well-located, just a five minute walk from the surf.
This home has a nice fenced back yard and private dock. Some of the
waterfront properties do not have private docks, so always ask. You
have direct private access to water where you can fish, crab, park a
boat, or even swim. The canal waterway connects to the Intracoastal
Waterway a short distance away. Newport Street is a "direct access"
street to the beach. We also recommend a nearby second home at 45
Scotland, owned by friends, that we manage for them. 45 Scotland has
similar amenities to 32 Newport, plus a pool table and golf cart. On

Ocean Isle is a unique family-oriented beach and very residential in
look. The Island is slightly upscale and properties are very
economically priced. The beach is not overly crowded because the
island is mostly single family houses. The town is very small and
quaint, yet has a very up-to-date utility system, with city water,
sewer, cable, and even DSL service.
Only 20 minutes from North Myrtle Beach and 15 minutes from about 20
different golf courses, Ocean Isle is a great vacation choice for any
family!
Our amenity list is long and we do not know of any properties that
offer such a wide array of things to their guests. In addition to the
amenities listed below, we have a large book and video cassette
library. Our home is well-kept, up-to-date, clean, and comfortable.
The floor plan, with a great room flanked by a pair of bedrooms on
each side, is ideal for a two-family group. All 4 bedrooms are nice-
sized. The upstairs loft provides a second "den area" and is a great
kids area.
By renting direct, we can price our home below market price. We have
set our beach house up like a nice home, not a barren rental. We want
to rent to caring families. In return, we provide our guests a lot of
entertainment value at no extra cost.
