private swimming pool and RiverHouse docks with a spectacular view  
across the half-mile wide fresh water Mokelumne River with it’s  
parade of sport boats and private yachts cruising along the river.   
Delta River House boasts a unique and beautiful setting which  
promotes the best in relaxation, family fun and boating adventure. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Delta River House is available for ten hour events, overnight  
accommodations, weekend rental and weekly or extended vacation  
rental.  Two-story and completely furnished, four bedrooms, four  
queen sleeping divans, bedding and linen provided, 2 ½ bath, indoor  
full bar, recreation room, swimming pool, hot tub, sunny verandas  
and shaded patios make a lovely and comfortable atmosphere  
accommodating up to sixteen overnight guests.  Private boat docks  
alongside the house available with complimentary boat launching  
nearby for those guests bringing a boat.
