June 15 to Labor Day Weekend (Sept.5)
Full week: Friday to Friday - $800.
weekend: Friday to Monday - $600.
REDUCED Rates for off-season: $600 for the week (Fri to Mon) after
Labor Day
REDUCED off season weekend rate: $450
Reservations are void unless paid as below:
Deposit: 1/2 rental fee within 2 weeks after making reservations
Balance: required 2 weeks before check in date
Check in:3:00 p.m. Friday
Check out: 9:00 a.m. following Friday (Monday for weekend rental)
No refunds unless cancelled 60 days before summer check in date.
Cancelations may be requested by e-mail.
Cancellations received more than 30 days or more in advance will be
fully refunded IF WE CAN RENT THAT SAME TIME TO SOMEONE ELSE. Any
expenses incurred (e.g. wiring fees, bank fees, etc. ) will be
deducted from any refund due. Cancellations 0-29 days prior to your
arrival will not be refunded.
There is a $150 damage deposit required.
Pet security deposit: We encourage responsible pet owners. We do
charge an additional $50 fee for your pet. Please Note: leash law is
in effect, please respect our good neighbors.
