Vacation Rental Description

Upscale privately owned 1 br 1 bath condos sit DIRECTLY ON BEACH; 
just 75' from the ccean's edge; thus the name of our condo complex!

These condos are privately owned homes that are rented out to a 
select few vacationers each year; all have brand new kitchens with 
state of the art appliances.  DO NOT CONFUSE THESE WITH JUST A PLAIN 
HOTEL ROOM OR "OCEAN VIEW" CONDOS...these condos are upscale homes 
for vacation rentals sitting directly on the beach.

Queen Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses with Tempurpedic 3" foam 
toppers rival the "Ritz Carlton" for sleeping comfort.  Queen sleep 
sofa in Living Room for sleeping up to 4 if needed!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ground level condos are DIRECTLY on the beach, on the Dutchside of 
the island.  Condo's location is Simpson Bay Beach (which is 2+ 
miles long) offering crystal clear water, no under tow, soft white 
sand (no rocks), and is great for beach combing or taking your 
morning stroll for exercise. Very few people know of this beach so 
it may have only 5-8 people on the beach any given time. 

Air conditioning provided throughout condo. AM-FM-CD sound system. 
Book library. Fully equipped kitchens to cook a gourmet meal if you 
so desire. Upscale tropical decor & furnishings, color cable TV with 
VHS/DVD player and a vast movie library for you to enjoy.
 
FREE DSL connection (you can plug in your own laptop if you wish to 
bring it) and each condo has it's own PC for you to use (keep in 
touch via email while on vacation!)  

FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLS back to USA with the provided Vonage phone 
service (make your friends and relatives jealous while staying at 
Oceans Edge Condos).

No pool...but who needs one with this beautiful beach just 3 steps 
from your private patio.  

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, and shopping is 3 miles from condo.  Water skiing, 
sailing, scuba, jetski rentals, snorkeling, horseback riding are 
just a few activities offered on island too.  Great shopping  on the 
Dutch and French side of the island.  

Over 300+ restaurants to choose from.  30+ beaches to explore!  This 
is one great vacation to experience.

Vacation Rental Rates

Beachfront condo for up to 2 people:
Jan 1 - Apr 14 $249*/night, $1603*/week
Apr 15 - Dec 14 $149*/night, $1043*/week
Dec 15 - Dec 31 $249*/night, $1603*/week

*$25/night ea additional person up to total of 4 max in condo.
*Add 14% (energy fee & tax) to above rates.
*$200 security deposit on new rentals.
*5 night minimum.  Start & end your vacation on any day!
*Mid week maid service provided.

Lower rates for a NON-BEACHFRONT unit as well...please inquire.
