Vacation Rental Description

Located near the beach in upscale area of Fort Lauderdale.  We are 
nestled on a quiet street and tucked away from the beaten path of 
noisy roadways so you can kick back, relax and let the fresh air and 
sunny skies melt your stress away.  
We have been acredited a "Superior Small Lodging" Inn where you must 
pass rigid yearly inspections in order to become a member of the 
Superior Small Lodging Association.  We offer very clean 
accommodations and personalized friendly service.
We are located within walking distance or a 2 minute car ride to the 
beach, Coral Ridge shopping mall, fine dining, cafes and a golf 
course.  We are just a short walk from the water taxi 
where you can see beautiful Fort Lauderdale by water.

Our Hotel Room comes with a queen size bed, small refridgerator, 
microwave, coffee maker, table for 2, private full size bath with 
tub/shower and a nice closet.
Our Deluxe Studio comes with a queen size bed, small fully equipped 
kitchenette, table for 2, private full size bath with tub/shower and 
a nice size closet.

Our 1 Bedroom Apartment comes with a queen size bed in the bedroom 
and a queen size pull out sofa bed and a twin size pull out sofa bed 
in the living room, fully equipped large kitchen with dishwasher, 
full size refrigerator/ice maker, dining room, living room and 
private full size bath with tub/shower and a large walk in closet.

Our 2 Bedroom Apartment comes with the same as our 1 Bedroom 
Apartment plus an additional room, small refridgerator, microwave, 
coffee maker, table for 2, private full size bath with tub/shower 
and a nice size closet.

We offer a large swimming pool that is heated during the 
winter months.  Catch a suntan on our lounge chairs that surround 
our swimming pool deck. 
We offer a gas grill where you can have a family cookout and eat 
outdoors on our patio tables.  Parking is free and your friendly & 
cheerful staff are available to assist all of your needs and make 
you feel at home.

We are a non smoking Inn and we do not accept pets.
we have safty boxes in all rooms.
