rented separately or as a whole villa.

grounds.

The rooms in the villa have air conditioning, ceiling fans and
beautiful views of the ocean.
The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with a coffee maker,
toaster, blender, pots, beautiful dishes, glasses and silverware.
The studio has a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.
Both units have Flat Screen TV's with DVD players and movies to
enjoy during your stay.
Both patios have tables with chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

The beach outside the villa is serene and lovely, but if you prefer a
change of scenery there are 36 beautiful beaches on the Island.
There is shopping galore - designer items on the French side and
great jewelry and electronic buys on the Dutch side of the Island.
If you enjoy the nightlife, then you'll love St. Martin. Lots of
restaurants, Casinos on the Dutch side and all sorts of nightclubs on
the French and Dutch side of the Island.
