Beautiful, 3 bedroom 2 bath. Fully furnished and equipped. 
Master Bedroom has a queen size, second  bedroom queen size, 
third bedroom bunk beds twin size and a day bed with roll-up bed under.  VCR, DVD and cable t.v., 
washer and dryer.  Large front and back patio with a barbecue grill.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated community with 24/7 security. Located in Rosarito downtown (main strip) Two car parking at the 
house, parking area inside complex for extra cars,  two community swimming pools and jaccuzi, tenis 
court, access to the beach. Bar restaurant with live music and excellent food. Walking distance to  
clubs, shops, food markets, restaurants, taco shops and taxis. 

Activities and Attractions

Horse back ridding, fishing, famous baja studios "Foxploration," 
clubs, great surfing points, sand dunes for three and four wheel 
bikes.

Vacation Rental Rates

$150-$275 @ night (2 nights minimum) and 3 nights minimum on holiday weekends. Weekly and Monthly 
quotes negotiable.
Cleaning fee $35, security deposit $150 fully refundable if no damage.
