If you want to open french doors from the living room and two of the
three bedrooms out on to an absolutely fabulous tropical back yard and
deck with sunken spa, where beyond this beautiful setting the property
extends to include trees on a hillside,.... you will love Spyglass
House.
You can also turn the other direction, and have your morning tea
sitting at the breakfast bar looking through a bay window at the ocean
only one block away, and enjoy an ocean view while you barbecue on your
front patio.

Spyglass House is furnished and equipped. It has three bedrooms, (one
king, one queen, and one double, with small couches in two of the
bedrooms), two and a half baths, wood burning fireplace with gas
starter, spa, garage with opener, washer/dryer, cathedral ceiling in
living room, and fully equipped modern kitchen, color cable tv's and
high speed cable internet.

If you can find it, and I will help you, there is a secret trail to a
neighborhood deck over crashing waves, one block from your front door.
Another hidden trail winds below a beautiful park/playground to a tiny
beach just a few blocks away. There is yet another park on the water's
edgeone just a block away to sit and watch the sunset.
Spyglass House is a walking few blocks to several of Pismo Beach's fine
ocean front restuarants, plus shopping and tennis courts. It is halfway
between the Pismo Beach Pier and the Avila Beach Pier (each just
minutes away by car) and all the activities those areas have to offer.
Spyglass House is in the closest beach community to San Luis Obispo, a
lively college town with its famous Thursday night farmer's market.
Hearst Castle and Big Sur is just a forty five minute drive to the
north; and Solvang, a Danish community is the same distance to the
south.

Spyglass House off-season rate is $3,500 per month.

This rate includes all utilities, including cable tv, cable high speed 

internet, and telephone (except long distance).
