Come enjoy all the fun of Newport Beach at our bright and airy mid-peninsula vacation home. Our very clean 2 bedroom/1 bath is located in a quiet family neighborhood that is close to all activities the Balboa Peninsula has to offer. The home is 3 houses from the oceanfront/boardwalk, 1 house from the bayfront and located at 1105 West Bay Ave. We are also only 1 block away from the popular 10th street swimming beach on the bay. The property has a very large front patio that is perfect for bbqing and entertaining, as well as a smaller private patio off the master bedroom. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and four twin beds (no bunk beds) in the large 2nd bedroom. In addition, there is a pull-out that sleeps 2 in the spacious living area. The large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a dishwasher as well as a non-shared washer & dryer.
Located within 10-15 minutes, by car, to Huntington Beach (also an easy
bike ride), Corona Del Mar, Fashion Island.
Located within 15-20 minutes, by car, to John Wayne Airport, South
Coast Plaza, Laguna Beach.
