Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy all the fun of the Balboa Peninsula at our mid-peninsula 
duplex. We are 3 houses from the oceanfront (approx. 600 feet) and 1 
house from the bayfront (approx. 110 feet). Our clean 2 bedroom/1 
bathroom rental is very spacious and located at 1105 West Bay Avenue. 
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. The large 2nd bedroom has 
four twin beds (no bunk beds). In addition, there is a pull-out in 
the spacious living area. There is a large front patio as well as a 
smaller private patio off the master bedroom. 
Located within 10-15 minutes, by car, to Huntington Beach (also an easy 
bike ride), Corona Del Mar, Fashion Island.
Located within 15-20 minutes, by car, to John Wayne Airport, South 
Coast Plaza, Laguna Beach.
Located within 30-40 minutes, by car, to Disneyland, Knott's Berry 
Farm, Long Beach.
Located within 90-120 minutes, by car, to LAX, San Diego, Hollywood. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 parking space, cable tv, full kitchen (microwave, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, pots/pans, etc.) 
non-shared washer & dryer, charcoal bbq, private outdoor shower.

Summer 2009 weekly rates are from Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly Rate: $1,200.00 from June 06 to June 27, 2009
Weekly Rate: $1,600.00 from June 27 to Augt 15, 2009
Weekly Rate: $1,300.00 from Augt 15 to Sept 05, 2009
$500.00 security deposit is required per week. 
Add 10% City of Newport bed tax to above weekly rates. 
No additional fees (cleaning, damage waiver, etc.) apply.
