Our Sea Breeze condo is a newly remodeled gorgeous 2 Br, 2 Bath
condo right
on the beach. The views are fantastic from 17 feet of glass doors
overlooking the sea. The condo is beautifully decorated. Walk out
the
front door and you are right on the sand beach, perfect for swimming
or snorkeling.
This is the perfect vacation setting for relaxation with lots of
palm
trees and gentle ocean breezes. Relax and read a book in the hammock
under the thatched roof gazebos or enjoy the beautiful pool.
Take that early morning walk down the beach with that fresh cup of
coffee or go for a bike ride with the 2 bicyles in the condo.
The Sea Breeze is located at at Rum Point neighborhood of Cayman
Kai. Walk 50 yards down the beach and enjoy beachside lunches and
drinks at Rum Point's beach bar, or enjoy evening fine dining at
Cecil's 5 star restaurant. Book a sunset dinner cruise on the
catamaran or just a sunset sail. There are 4 great restaurants and
groceries within 5-10 minutes of the condo.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities
including central air, pool, jacuzzi, screened lanai, ceiling fans,

bicycles, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, ceramic tile floors, and beach
towels. The master bedroom has a queen bed, all linens, dresser,
night stands, cable TV, celining fan, full bath, and a fantastic
view. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, all linens, dresser, cable
TV, ceiling fan, full bath. The living room has Cable TV, DVD,
Stereo, queen sofa/sleeper, ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully
equiped
with snack bar with 4 stools, glass top stove, refrigerator with
icemaker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, all cookware,
dishes and glassware. The screened lanai has a table with 5 chairs,
chaise longer, and ceiling fan.
Activities and Attractions
Don't miss a trip to Stingray City to swim with the stingray. Just 4
blocks away at Rum Point, enjoy all the water sports like jets skis,
banana boats, etc. Dive and snorkel trips, Stingray City can all be
done just blocks from the condo. There are 3 golf courses on the
island. Visit the Botanical Gardens, Castle at San Pedro, Blowholes,
hike the Mastic Trail or do some shopping in Georgetown. Do some
horseback riding on the beach or use our bicycles for a scenic ride.
Vacation Rental Rates
April 16th- November 15th: $1700/week
November 16th- April 15th: $2100/week
Christmas/New Years- $2600/week
Add 10% Government tax to all rents.
