Vacation Rental Description

This one bedroom Penthouse unit at Estero Beach and Tennis offers  
spectacular views up the white sand beach as well as peaceful nights 
listening to the Gulf waters lap against the shore...very restful. This penthouse unit was  
previously owned by the developers sister and offers the best view in the complex. A 
warm pool is gulf-side (not street-side) and the building is situated 
far from the street for peace and quiet. BBQ grilles are on-site. 
The unique lagoon sanctuary attracts many birds as the tides shift.  
It's great for lazy hours birdwatching from the balcony. Egrets,  
Osprey and Pelicans routinely are about.  Very hard to find a better  
place for a coffee and the morning newspaper. Situated on 10 acres. 
(Don't settle for a side view non-updated unit-enjoy your stay-days  
in Florida are rare)

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen including microwave and range.  A TV and VCR are  
provided.  King bed and sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer are on the  
first floor. Nicely updated unit. Linens and dishware also included.

Activities and Attractions

Beachcombing and all beach activities, Har-tru tennis courts, public  
18 hole golf course (Bay Beach) is just across the street within  
easy walking distnce. A small shopping center is directly across 
with  gift shops, clothing, videos, ice cream, restaurants, bank 
hardware and an Eckerd(CVS) Drug.  A free trolley takes you up and  
down the beach.  Walk to the pier and take the trolley back.  Lovers  
Key State Park is 1 mile South. By car Vanderbilt Beach and Naples  
are a short drive South. You will be impressed with this view- it is  
the tallest one bedroom on Fort Myers Beach.
