This home is right on the beach, normally steps to the sand, with a spectacular 180-degree view of the beautiful bay from Monterey/Carmel to Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz city lights by night. We are also 4 homes away from our second beach, Moran State Beach, which has sand access right to the street should there be a high tide or sand loss in front of the home. This access is also recommended for small children or the elderly, rather then the stepping stones through the rocks in front of the home. Enjoy world class surfing at Pleasure Point and WindanSea surf breaks  right out front, or relax on the huge oceanside deck or the second story master suite deck, BBQ and watch the surfers, sailboats, seals on the rock, otters, dolphins, pelicans and ocean activity. Stroll or bike to Capitola along the beach front bike path. Enjoy numerous quality restaurants and nearby night life. Very close to the Harbor for dining and fishing.
