Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys. A 20' by 60' dock  
conveniently located in the backyard of the property entices you to  
enjoy the best fishing the Keys has to offer! Tennis court and newly  
updated and heated pool on premises, private beach in the  
neighborhood and paved biking/ jogging path within the community.  
You  
will enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunset ocean views from the  
master bedroom and living room balconies!

Vacation Rental Amenities

All 3 bedrooms have private balconies with outdoor furnishings.  
Linens, towels, and cookware are provided.  
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and cathedral ceiling,  
separate dressing area. The balcony has an amazing ocean view to  
enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.  
The second bedroom has a full-sized bed with walk-in closet, and a  
private outdoor balcony.  
The third bedroom contains 2twin beds and an outdoor  
balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped with updated appliances and  
features a bay window, pantry and breakfast bar.  
The open living and dining room offers an outdoor ocean view balcony  
to eat the day's catch and comfortable interior seating areas.  
 
2 cable televisions, VCR, CD stereos, indoor washer & dryer, heated  
pool, tennis, Bar BQ,   
A 20' by 60' dock on a wide waterway provides immediate access to  
the  
ocean with no bridges. Controlled depth is 6-7'. Dock offers shore  
power, water, and outdoor shower. Fish cleaning stations steps away.
