Vacation Rental Description

Spacious luxury condo in a private, gated community of Gulf Harbour  
Yacht and Country Club is only minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel  
and Captiva Island. Gulf Harbour features incredible walking trails  
and bike paths with access to it's own private island for the most  
breathtaking and romantic sun sets. 
 
The condominium is a first floor unit with a direct lake view and is  
beautifully decorated throughout. There are three(3) bedrooms and two 
(2) full baths. The master bathroom has a queen size bed with Roman  
tub, dual vanities and walk-in closet. Bedroom two(2) has a queen  
bed and Bedroon three(3) has two twin beds. The condo can sleep 6-8  
comfortably with the two oversized sofa's in the family room. Eat  
breakfast lunch or dinner from your screened in lanai while  
overlooking the great lake view. 
 
A comfortable, roomy, living room with cable T.V., VCR, DVD, and a  
fully equipped kitchen open to dining and living area. Additionally,  
keep in touch with friends and family with high-speed DSL service  
and Dell Computer that is included at no additional charge! 
 
Just bring your suitcase! All bedding and linens provided. Unit has  
a brand new washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, iron and board.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The amenities in this neighborhood are endless. Just yards away is  
the Clubhouse with a beautiful pool. Along with a beautiful pool  
there is an enviting hot tub. This area provides restrooms and  
barbecue grills and tables for eating and playing cards. 
 
The condominium features and includes all bedding and linens, air  
conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, 1-35 inch  
color and 1-27 inch color television, DVD,VCR, high speed dsl  
service, Dell computer, stove and oven, telephone   
microwave,dishwasher,refrigerator/freezer,coffee maker,  
toaster,dishes, glassware and cookware.

Activities and Attractions

Gulf Harbour is located in South Fort Myers. It is just five(5)  
minutes from Sanibel Island. Sanibel Island has miles of white sand  
beaches for swimming, shell hunting or just sunning yourself. There  
are also miles of bike paths around the island all the way to  
Captiva Island. 
 
Fort Myers Beach is only ten(10) minutes away that provides endless  
activities such as boating, parasailing, shopping and dining or just  
laying out on the beach! 
 
Cruise on a gambling ship or take a Key West excursion from Fort  
Myers Beach.  
 
Additionally, several restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls  
are loacted within minutes of Gulf Harbour.
