Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is located on the nicest part of the island.  Located mid- 
island, right across the street from the best part of the 7 miles  
of beach. Our beach is the widest part of the beach with sugar sand &  
a nature preserve just steps away.  Santini Plaza offers restaurants,  
shops, drug-store, meat and deli store, postal facilities, night life  
and is still less than a block away.  Across the street from the  
condo is the Holiday Inn with all the amenities offering restaurants,  
the Tiki Bar on the beach and entertainment daily as well as  
nightly.  The beach movie theatre is a block in the opposit direction  
where you can watch recent movies as well as dine while you watch. 
Fish Tail Marina in back of Santini Plaza offers another restaurant  
for dining on the wharf, boat slips and a beautiful boardwalk to take  
a brake from walking the beach.  Viewing the boats and fish life  
around the marina is another form of relaxation. 
Our 2 pools offer a cabana with bathrooms, sundeck around the  
pools.   Tennis and shuffle board is offered on-site as well as  
barbeques for grilling outside.  Hose and shower is available for  
washing off sand from your walks on the beach or washing down the car. 
There is a trolley stop at the end of our condo's driveway for visits  
from Matanzas Pass Bridge all the way to Lover's Key State Park and  
Recreation area as well as Bonita Springs.  It runs daily 7 days a  
week. If without a car you can still venture to Times Square and any  
other part of the beach for 25cents a stop! 
Location!Location!Location!  That is what you will get at Captains  
Bay North.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is 1150 sq. ft. under air- 
conditioning, plus front screened enterance and back screeded lanai.   
Corner unit built in 1997.  With Gulfview in the front and bay and  
mangroves view on the back screened in lanai. The lanai recently has  
had sliding glass doors added for tropical storm and hurricane  
protection. As well as an overhead light/fan added. 
Master bedroom suite: offers a king-size bed with 27" tv, cable,  
telephone, alarm clock,over head light/fan, entrance as well to the  
lanai,walk-in closet,and master bath.  This bedroom is located on the  
bayside. 
Master bath offers double sinks, separated area for toilet, shower &  
linen closet.  All linens included for both bedrooms, baths & kitchen. 
Guest bedroom: New queen size bed with tempurpedic mattress & box  
spring (also has memory foam pillows) with 2 windows that has a  
beautiful view above the palm trees to the gulf side, 26" flatscreen tv above the closet, alarm  
clock,overhead light/fan, full double california closet with built ins and  
access to 2nd full bathroom from the the guest room. An additioanl  
twin mattress can be added to the 2nd bedroom if needed for sleeping  
arrangements. 
Kitchen:  fully equipped kitchen with open concept floor plan, all  
major appliances including ice-maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal,  
full size microwave, all the small appliances; cooking utensils &  
dishes that yould need as if you were at home. We even have George  
Foreman grill. 
Dining areas: kitchen nook off kitchen has table with 4 chairs 
formal diningroom has table with 4 chairs, and island counter that  
divides kitchen from the formal dining area has 2 high stools for a  
quick meal or snack.  Also on the lanai there is a table with 4  
chairs for outside dining. A must to fully appreciate the peace and  
relaxation of your vacation.  Lanai also has overhead light and is  
screened in with access from livingroom and also master bedroom.  
Livingroom:queen size sofa bed,love seat,coffee table,end table and  
lighting with triple slider doors that can completely open to the  
lanai, full entertainment stand with a 27" cable TV, DVD player, CD  
player and full stero unit, a full media inventory of dvd's & vhs  
tapes for all ages and kept up to date;  2nd phone & message machine  
is located in this area, as well as another overhead fan and light.    
Full laundry: located off the kitchen nook area in a separate room  
with ironing board and iron.  Also in this room is free-standing  
shelving that vacationers can place their beachwares and we offer  
beach towels, beach totes, beach chairs & umbrellas, cooler, sand  
toys on that shelving for our guests.Our condo is a 3rd floor corner  
unit with a front screened porch (gulf side) offering 2 chairs end  
table.  The screened lanai is on the bayside. 
Front entrance to the elevator is secured.  No one gets in without a  
key the secured front lobby enterance. 
Trash chute right by 3rd floor elevator. As well as Fire Extinguisher  
near your front door.  Our unit has a sprinkler system in event of  
fire. 
Covered parking space is also located steps from the elevator.  Also  
there is additional space for guest parking.

Activities and Attractions

Sand, sun and fun. 
Beach walks and walks around the marina. 
Tennis and shuffle board.  (Tennis court is lighted and open at night) 
2 pools (gated,lighted at night as well as heated) 
Fishing galore from our own canal or from the Fish Tail wharf or a  
short stint down to the bridge before crossing over to Lover's Key or  
fish from Pelican's wharf in the north part of the island right at  
Times Square.  You will find plenty of places to fish. 
From our beach you can rent everything from parasailing, jetskis,  
cabanas,& lounge chairs . 
Rent bicycles for riding on the beach or up to Times Square or down  
south of us to Lover's Key.  Bring your own.  Bicylce racks are at  
the condo site safe and secure. Scooters are also available for  
rental. 
Churches of various denominations located nearby or from a trolley  
stop. 
Walk-in Medical Center at end of the condo driveway as well. 
Cinemas less than a block away(with optional dining provided). 
Check out the entertainment schedule on the island from the 3 free  
weekly newspapers offered everywhere to inform you of what is going  
on -  Karoke, Reggae music, blues, rock, dancing, open-mike night,or  
just make your own entertainment and mix your "Sunset Shooter" at the  
condo and sit at the Tiki Bar across the street on the beach and  
toast our beautiful Sunsets or stay at the condo and toast the sunset  
from there. 
Restaurants surround you, as well as 7-Eleven and CVS Pharmacy that  
sells everything in the form of food & wine. Liquor Store within  
Santini Plaza a block away.  Publix supermarket +1 mile away by bike  
or trolley or car.

Vacation Rental Rates

2009 Pricing: Jan. $1150/wk; Feb. $1200/wk; March $1500; April $1500, May $700, 
June $700/wk; July, Aug. & Sept. $600/wk.;Oct.,Nov.&  
Dec.(through Dec. 21)$700/wk. last week of Dec. $1200/wk. 
Bi-weekly, monthly and multiple month rentals welcomed and discounts  
offered to 2 or more weeks of rental. 
Broadband Internet via cable access.    
Holiday and Winter break weeks prices may increase. 
Rates do not include $75. cleaning fee & 11% added tax on the total. 
An additional $300 refundable security deposit is required at time of  
booking. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without  
notice.
