Washer, dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms, 1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins, queen pull-out couch. 2 TV's w/ DVD & VCR and cable, heating and A/C. Great family location on the Ocean Front. 50 yards from the beach. Complex has 8 buildings with 4 units each with shared / private beach access and pool.

Great time at Ocean Isle Beach

I had a wonderful time at the beach. We took our twin grandsons, who is 18 months old. My husband, daughter. cousin and her husband and my aunt shared the condo. We had plenty or room. The condo is nice. It is spacious, close to the beach. The proprety was clean and well maintained. I would recomend this proprety to anyone who wants a nice quiet romatic or family time at the beach. It does have lot of stairs, but it was good exercise. The owner was great. I am looking forward to renting this proprety again real soon.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

perfect 3 day vacation at OIB!

The pictures and description of the condo don't do it justice! There is a big open field behind the condo so the views from the back deck of the Sound are amazing. The kitchen is completely stocked - just bring dish detergent, clothes detergent (beautiful washer and dryer in kitchen) and towels. Covered parking was wonderful in the 105 degree weather we had. The pool is RIGHT there but there is no shade so bring an umbrella if you are watching the kids swim. The 3 sets of stairs can get a bit much when you are unloading the car but the views are worth it. The air conditioning worked like a charm, there was plenty of space for people to hang out and the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk and near a public access - it was a beautiful spot on the beach, lots of shells and many families. We went to Calabash (about 20 minutes away), Shallote (Walmart trip) and Wilmington (about 1 hour) which were fun. There are at least 5 grocery stores within 10 minutes. The owner was amazing. Everything was just as it was communicated which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We haven't been to OIB in many years and can't wait to go back now! The experience of coming over the bridge to the beach was the same as it was when I was 12! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful, quiet beach vacation.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
