with cathedral ceilings, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, decks, and private gated parking. It has
been totally refurbished, with new roof, wood floors, carpet, furniture and lighting.
- It is fully furnished and sleeps eight.

Mid Season: April 15th to June 15th $ 5,000 a week
Sept 1st to 15th $ 6,500 a week
Sept 15th to Oct. 31st $ 4,500 a week
High Season: June 15th to Sept 1st $ 7,500 a week
NOTE: Thanksgiving and Christmas week $ 6,500 a week
NOTE: The property is available for long-term rental in September through June 2009
($6,500/month). Rentals subject to a $500 security deposit, which will be refunded if the house is
left in good condition.
Discounts and shorter stays are available. Prices are
negotiable depending on season and availability. Long term rental
