with cathedral ceilings, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, decks, and private gated parking. It has
been totally refurbished, with new roof, wood floors, carpet, furniture and lighting.
- It is fully furnished and sleeps eight.
-The home is just minutes from Montecito Village and Coast Village Road and, even though right on
the beach, is close to everything Santa Barbara/Montecito has to offer - hiking, surfing, excellent
restaurants, and a vibrant downtown area,

Low Season: November to April 15th $ 4,000 a week
Mid Season: April 15th to June 15th $ 5,000 a week
Sept 1st to 15th $ 5,500 a week
Sept 15th to Oct. 31st $ 4,500 a week
High Season: June 15th to Sept 1st $ 5500 a week
NOTE: Thanksgiving $4,500 a week and Christmas $5,000 a week
We are now taking reservations for stays starting June 16, 2009
NOTE: Rentals subject to a $500 security deposit, which will be refunded if the house is left in good condition.
Discounts and shorter stays are available. Prices are
