Condo Abajo is a secluded poolside condo just a 1/2 block from the beach. It
is fully furnished in a quaint Mexican style and is waiting for you.

Condo Abajo sleeps 6 comfortably. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has
a lovely garden view and is just steps from the pool where you can chat with other guests and owners
or just quietly read a book. If the beach is more your style, Condo Abajo is just 100 feet from
5 miles of uninterrupted beaches on the Bay of Banderas.

This garden condo is located in Bucerias, one of Mexico's best kept
vacation secrets and home to the most breathtaking sunsets in
Mexico. Our small, cozy Mexican style complex has only 7 units and is at
the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. A wide tree lined walkway to the
beach on the west side provides added privacy.

Bucerias is located minutes from the Puerto Vallarta Airport on the
North side of the Bay of Banderas. From Bucerias the fast lane life
of Puerto Vallarta is just 20 minutes away. Travel the opposite
direction 20 minutes to the villages of Sayulita, San Francisco and
the beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Public transportation, busses or
taxis, are readily available and very reasonable.

Bucerias itself offers everything you need for an enjoyable
vacation - fresh food markets, artisans, craftsman, vendor stalls,
excellent medical and dental facilities(English spoken), pharmacies,
banks/ATM's, rental cars and internet cafes.

Restaurants are abundant and offer a wide variety of cuisines. Fine
dining, beachside casual, fresh seafood, traditional Mexican and the
not to be missed street tacos are just some of your choices.

The center of Bucerias with all of these services is an easy ten
minute walk from Condo Abajo. The church and Zocolo, or central
plaza, are great people watching locations anytime but especially on
Sunday evenings.

After a hard day of shopping and sightseeing there is nothing like a
refreshing dip in the Condo Abajo pool or a leisurely sunset stroll
on the beach.

Nov 1 - April 30 $115/night (1-6 persons)


The weeks of Christmas, New Year's and Easter please add 20% to
above rates.

If you are interested in a long term rental (30 days or more)
please contact us for rates.

A deposit of 50% confirms your rate and reservation. The balance is
due 30 days prior to arrival. A 45 day cancellation notice is
required for a deposit refund less a 15% service charge.
