Just Listed. Best rate in Sea Colony. My rates are discounted three
or four hundred dollars less per week than renting directly from Sea
Colony. This is a one floor non-smoking villa near the tennis
center, close proximity to pools and tennis. The Beach shuttle stop
is 100 yards from unit and stops every 15 minutes and goes to the
private resort beach. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and
TV.The second bedroom has twin beds and a TV. There is also a
rollaway bed. There is a 27" TV (cable),VCR & DVD player in the
living area. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all
appliances including a washer
and dryer. We are located 10 miles from Rehoboth beach, and 10 miles
from Ocean City, which offer a variety of restaurants and shopping,
including outlets.

Private beach (shuttle service included), 34 tennis courts (4
indoor), 12 pools (2 indoor), fitness center, gym, sauna,
hiking/biking trails, golf privileges, local babysitters are all
part of the Sea Colony community. The Marketplace has Italian and
seafood resturants, coffee shop, bike rental and beach supply shop
and a beauty saloon.

Aerobics, personal training, catch & release fishing, teen meet &
greet, Club Sea Colony kiddy kamp, tot time, Junior Lifeguard
