An ORLANDO vacation is a memorable experience, and we want to add excellent accommodation to that 
memory, with fun,relaxation, comfort and luxury, in a villa where you will feel right at home, and 
yet with quality throughout,on a stay that will be completely carefree.
We offer the personal touch with the help of our friendly and helpful Managment Company in Florida, 
from your first enquiry, to the day you leave our home. 

OUR "5 STAR" single storey villa,in the community of SUNRISE LAKES,is tastefully designed 
throughout,with full air conditioning and is looked after by our excellent management company 
who are close at hand to ensure the running, and cleanliness is to the highest standard.
Although close to shops, incl 24hr walmart restaurants,doctor and 
pharmacy,the area is quiet and tranquil, and only 2 miles from the famous action packed 192 the 
gateway to all orlando has to offer, and only 8 miles from DISNEY.

THE BEAUTIFUL POOL/JACUZZI set into an extended deck area,with luxury patio furniture, where you can 
relax and enjoy in complete privacy, your well earned days off from the parks.
Or in the evening, why not turn on the multi coloured pool lights,find your favourite drink,and 
enjoy a wonderful massage in the jacuzzi, which will rejuvinate you for the next fun day out.

THE FAMILY/LIVINGROOM has ample sofas(one sleeper)and comfortable chairs to relax, with tv (cable) 
hifi, dvd, a selection of cds,dvds, books and board games.

THE DINING AREA has a large formal table and 6 chairs, adjacient to 
the 
KITCHEN fully equipped with fridge freezer/with ice maker,elec cooker, dishwasher, microwave, 
toaster, coffee maker,juicer, kettle, and waste disposal.There is an alarmed sliding door leading to 
the pool area.
 
MASTER BEDROOM is a spacious airy room with walk in closet and a wall safe,tv, alarm clock/radio,and 
ceiling fan and ensuite luxury bathroom with oval tub seperate shower, wc, and handbasin in a vanity 
unit.An alarmed sliding door leads to the pool area from here also.

BEDROOM 2 a beautifully decorated twin room,which can be converted into a 2nd MASTER room when 
needed with all the appropriate bedding, with fitted cupboard and drawers, tv, dvd and ceiling fan.

BEDROOM 3 is decorated with the kids in mind,"THE SURF SHACK" a twin room with fitted cupboard and 
drawers,tv,dvd, playstation 2,with a selection of games,

BATHROOM 2 Upgraded, with tub and shower, wc and handbasin in a vanity unit.A separate laundry room 
with washer, drier, iron and ironing board. 

THE FANTASTIC GAMES ROOM is where the fun can carry on long after you come home from the parks, its 
fitted with pool table,air hockey,foosball, kids dartboard and a selection of games for indoors
