Vacation Rental Description

A beautiful 3/2 home in Marathon,FL, the Jewel of the Keys. The home
has 2 stories and is turn key ready to move in.  All you need to bring
is yourself and groceries (grocery stores, Publix, Winn Dixie, are
within 3 minutes of your vacation home).  You can also enjoy eating at
excellent restaurants that are within 1-5 miles of the house. 
Sombrero Beach and Golf Resort is within walking distance.  This home
is centrally located between Key Largo and Key West and is also within
minutes of a major hospital.  You will also have easy access to
Marathon's International Airport, which is 5 minutes away from the
home and is serviced by major carriers.  This home has direct ocean
access for fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving.

The first floor has a 2 car garage and plenty of space for storage. 
All sleeping quarters are on the second story.  Second floor has
central air conditioning and a washer and dryer.  The entire living
area is newly furnished.  Full size kitchen is completely new and
updated.  There are granite counter tops and top, wood cabinets.  It
includes a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. 
The living room and kitchen are adjoined with the breakfast and living
room areas overlooking the water.  There are sliding doors that lead
to a screened patio furnished with table and chairs.  The living room
has a sofa and love seat.  The sofa converts into a queen size bed. 
The living room has a 36' television and DVD player.  You can also
enjoy listening to music on stereo with CD player.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and night stand. 
Included in the room is the master bath. LCD television and DVD player.

Second bedroom has queen size bed and a dresser. Included in the room
is a television and DVD player. Also has a ceiling fan. The second
bathroom is across from the second and third bedrooms.

The third bedroom has a trundle bed. There are two individual twin
mattresses that can be raised and put together if you wish to make it
a king size bed.

Home is also equipped with cable TV and local phone service.

The home provides you with a 65 foot seawall where you can park your
boat.  

No smoking and pets allowed.

Vacation Rental Rates

February 25, 2007 through April 30, 2007 $2,000 Weekly or $6,900 Monthly

May 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007 $1,200 Weekly or $4,000 Monthly

October 1, 2007 through February 24, 2008 $2,000 Weekly or $6,900 Month

Rental Rates above do not include holidays and opening of lobster
seasons.  Please contact either Fernando or Tony for Holiday Rates,
Lobster Season Rates and Long Term
Rental Discounts.

Once reservation is made 50% of the rental fee is due 50 days prior to
occupancy with remaining balance due upon arrival.  

A security deposit of $750 is due at the time the reservation is made.
A copy of current driver's license and telephone number are required
at the time of deposit.  Deposit will be held until end of rental
period and will only be used to repair damage to the property.  If
inspection of property at the end of the rental period reveals no
damage, deposit will be applied to balance of rental fee.

Security deposit is fully refundable provided written cancellation is
made 30 days prior to the start of selected rental date.
