Vacation Rental Rates

$1100-$1300 for guest cottage next door listing #17473.  Main  
listing here is $2100 house off peak, $2500 peak summers, holiday  
and high and low booking periods subject to change throughout the  
year. Cancellation or last minute discounts sometimes available from  
5% to up to 15%. 
Next open time- House Aug 25 to Sept. 1 
Last few weeks of the summer left available.    
Speciality Discounts may apply for last minute openings. 
Daily rates may be applied for when  available. 
All rentals include hotel tax of 10.5% by law. 
 
House Refundable security deposit of $500 for 2-4 occupants or $1000  
for 5 or more occupants. Cottage security deposit $250 for 1 or  
$450 2 to 4. Pet deposit additional.  
Post maid fee of $150 house, $65 for cottage. House Utilities $100  
includes, electric, water, 
high speed internet wireless connection, trash and sewer,  
telephone, and cable tv.
