Vacation Rental Description

We do have standard units available with 2 full size beds.   We also  
have standard units with 1 king size bed plus a full size sleeper  
sofa.    
 
We also have a 2 bedroom suites, which have a full size bed plus a  
full size sleeper sofa in one bedroom and two full size beds in the  
second bedroom.  There is  refrigerator, microwave, and coffee  
maker.  There are 25 inch TVs in each of the two bedrooms.  These  
suites do have an open archway between the rooms and will sleep up to  
8 people. 
 
Rates are as follows:  
 
Now through December 21, 2006: 
 
 1 bedroom that sleeps 1-4 people with 2 standard size beds is  
$39.95/night, $239/week, or $799/month 
 
1 bedroom that sleeps 1-4 with 1 king bed and 1 regular size sleeper  
sofa is $44.95/night, $259/week or $859/month. 
 
 2 bedroom that sleeps 2-8 with 3 regular size beds plus a full size  
sleeper sofa is $69.95/night, $429week, or $1,279/month.

sleeper sofa is $109.95/night, $599/week, or $1,795/month. 
 
(There is a $10.00/day extra charge for pets and $5.00/day extra  
charge  for roll away beds)
