All of our units, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom, include every amenity you'll need
for your stay including a full kitchen, in-unit washer-dryer, central

wireless internet, ceiling fans, private tropical yard with outdoor
furniture, all linens (including beach towels) and so much more.

Every unit can sleep extra people on a pull out couch or futon in the
living room. Every bedroom has a queen-size bed. Kitchens include
all your pots and pans, dishes, cookware, microwave, full-size
appliances and coffee maker.

All our properties are very centrally located, too -- within 1.5 miles
to the famous Fort Lauderdale beach, 1.5 miles to shopping and
restaurants on Las Olas Blvd, 1.5 miles to trendy Wilton Manors and
just 7 miles to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport.
Plus, there is a full grocery store, restaurants and 24 hour Walgreens
(convenience/drug store) within a few blocks.

This property is also perfect as a relocation rental or corporate housing for people needing a longer stay.

This duplex unit is a 3 bedroom and sleeps up to 8 people. Along with our standard amenities, it also features sliding glass doors in every room that
lead to outside, tile floors and a tile kitchen counter top. There is
a television in the living room and in the master bedroom. It also
has a lovely, tropical, very private fenced yard.  For the budget conscious, we also offer a 2 bed/2 bath that can sleep up to 8 at a lower cost.

There are an infinite number of activities very close by. Rent a boat
for the day or pay just $11.00 for unlimited rides all day on the
water taxi, which takes you past multimillion-dollar mansions along
the Intracoastal Waterway. Golfing, tennis, fitness centers, fishing,
wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, live theatre, cinemas,
museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing,
shelling and many other activities are all close by. Visit the shops
of Las Olas or stroll along Riverwalk and pick up the water taxi to
one of the many restaurants along the route. The Performing Arts
Center in Fort Lauderdale and the Office Depot Center in Sunrise, FL,
offer many star-studded events to enjoy. The Museum of Science & IMAX
Theatre is another popular destination. The famous Fort Lauderdale
beach is just 1.5 miles away, which is either a 5 minute drive or
short walk. Head west to the everglades for an exciting airboat ride.
Or, visit Sawgrass Mills Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in
the U.S. If you don not mind a short drive, Miami and the famous
South Beach are about a 40 minute ride. In Miami, there is always
something happening at Dolphin Stadium (including the 2010 Pro Bowl and Super Bowl,) the American Airlines Arena, or the Jackie Gleason Theater.
And if all that sounds just too exciting, you can always just relax on
sunny Fort Lauderdale beach
