Beautiful 2nd floor unit, recently renovated and updated. Fully 
furnished and equipped, you will feel as comfortable as in your own 
home. Complete with Queen sized bed in master bedroom, Queen sized 
sofa bed in living room, a twin sized bed in the half bedroom, and 
for emergencies a full size futon also in master bedroom. Condo has 
WI-FI internet access, LCD Flat screen TV with cable and DVD with 
surround sound in living room, LCD flat screen TV in bedroom. The 
private balcony has ocean views and will make your sunrises 
spectacular! Just bring your clothes and enjoy the many amenities of 
the New Symrna Beach area. There is wonderful shopping, dining in 
the finest seafood restaurants, or stroll down to the beach, just 
yards from the building. Walk to supermarkets, shops, church, public 
transportation is also available just outside the condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swim in the heated pool, relax on the spacious sundeck, or a few 
steps to the beach and listen to the sounds of the ocean on this no 
drive beach.
     
Coin operated laundry-mat on each floor. Cabana with full kitchen, 
restrooms and shower. Kiddie pool, shuffleboard and barbeque area 
also for your enjoyment.

Activities and Attractions

This condo is a short drive to fantastic golf courses, deep sea or 
intercoastal fishing, historic sites, art galleries, live theatre 
and shopping areas and fine restaurants.

We are also just 1 hour from Orlando International Airport, 20 
minutes from Daytona Beach Airport, and close enough for day trips 
to the Central Florida  SeaWorld, Disney and Universal Studio 
attractions.

Monthly Off Season $1,890.00  Peak Season $2,230.00

Multi Month Rates Available

All rentals subject to 12.5% sales tax plus a $55.00 cleaning fee
$300.00 security/damage deposit required to confirm reservation.
Cancellation fees may apply.
