Master bedroom and bath one complete suite. Guest bedroom separated 
from master with its own bathroom as a suite.  Two car garage.  
Beautiful lake view with lots of wildlife. Fully equipped and very 
comfortable.  Master bedroom has king bed. Guest bedroom has twin 
beds.

Truly living the good life.  Enjoy Naples and Island Walk.  It is 
truly a resort community.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Much sought after resort style community.  Island Walk has it all -- 
state of the art fitness center with beautiful lake view, tennis 
courts, hugelagoon pool, restaurant, gas station, car wash, bank, 
hairdresser, and their own post office!  Plus putting green, meeting 
rooms, and lots of activities.  Close to several excellent golf 
courses. Play a different course every day. 

Every day is a vacation day at Island Walk!  And the people are 
fabulous -- fun and friendly.

Activities and Attractions

A full time activities director makes it seem you are on a cruise. 
Her goal is to create fun, fun, fun. Something for every taste from 
cards to singing to book reviews to State parties and special events 
to men's or ladies' golf leagues and tennis.   Tennis professional 
available for lessons and/or clinics. All designed to make your time 
at Island Walk a wonderful vacation. Just minutes to famous 
Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton. And only a short trip to 
fabulous shopping at Fifth Avenue South or the Naples Pier.  Lots of 
excellent restaurants within a short distance. Great North Naples 
location.  It is a wonderful place to enjoy your winter vacation. 

Vacation Rental Rates

January - April $2600 per month January, Feb. March, April + 4% bed 
tax and 6% sales tax. 4 months minimum. The community will not 
approve any lease less than 4 months. This is not our rule but a 
rule of Island Walk.  No exceptions.  No smokers, no pets.   
There is a 4 month minimum. This is a community rule, not ours. The 
community will not approve a lease less than 4 months.

The 2009 season has been reserved with a deposit. Contact us and we'll put you on our cencallation 
list. We will know by November 2008 if there is a cancellation. 

 
Utilities:  Owner pays first $60/mo. electric & 
first $50/mo. water.
Security Deposit:  1 months rental returned within 15 days of 
departure.  Departure Cleaning fee: hourly rate and deducted from 
security deposit.  Reservation deposit:  1 month rental, balance due 
90 days prior to arrival.  No refund if cancelled within 50 days of 
arrival date.  If cancelled more than 90 days in advance, the initial deposit will be forfeited as a 
cancellation fee. 
No pets, no smokers.  Unit sleeps 4 people.
