Vacation Rental Amenities

11 foot ceilings and original Victorian detail combine with comfortable, quality furnishings  
including high quality  
linens, pillow top mattresses, wired and wireless broadband Internet, central heat, cable TV, free  
long distance,  
private garage parking. 3 comfortable bedrooms: The master bedroom has its own TV, a computer desk  
and  
features original molding and dramatic curved bay windows overlooking the street. The Queen bedroom  
features a cedar lined closet and Victorian chair rails along the two-tone walls. The Full bedroom  
features a  
ceiling fan and overlooks the back deck. The full dining room and living room feature hardwood  
floors and period  
woodworking. The cozy living room boasts a working fireplace and TV/VCR/DVD. The modern eat-in  
kitchen is  
fully appointed, including microwave, dishwasher, bread maker, and garbage disposal.

restaurants of all

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,900/week December - March (except holidays).  $2000/week April -November. 
Our Victorian Flat is available by the week or by the month, with a one week minimum (shorter stays  
may be  
available -- please inquire). Weekly rate is charged for stays less than 30 days.  A cleaning fee of  
$150 is  
charged for each two weeks of stay or portion. We require a $500 refundable security deposit with  
your full  
payment.  
A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days in  
advance of the  
reservation and then becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Full payment is required  
by 30 days  
prior to start of reservation.  
Parking rate is $50/week.
