Take your pick of 3 immaculate summer cottages, 2 of them just 75 yards from the sandy beach of 7 miles. The third one just 1 block further. Far enough away from the noise and traffic of the amusement park/pier but close enough to walk to.

We take pride in the fact that you will be walking into a unit that is exceptional clean and everything you need to start your vacation the minute you walk in.  As is the norm with all summer rental units, linens and sheets are not provided.

This property is licensed with the town of Old Orchard Beach and the  state of Maine. It meets all local and state regulations and safety guidelines.

Cottage A is located at 10 Ocean Ave. It is a one floor layout with 3 bedrooms (2 full beds and 3 twins) and 1 full bath.                                                                                                                    Cottage B is located also at 10 Ocean Ave. It is a 2 floor layout with 3 bedrooms (3 full beds and 2 twins) and 1.5 baths.                                                                                                                           Cottage C is located at 24 Odena Ave, just one block from Ocean Ave. It is a 2 floor layout with 3 bedrooms (2 full beds and 3 twins) and 1.5 baths.

Both cottages have a living room with a couch or futon and cable TV, wireless internet connection, full bathroom, washer/dryer/dishwasher, enclosed porch, outside picnic table and grill. Shared outside shower. Off street parking for 2 cars.

Sun bathe, swim or body surf on 7 miles of sandy beach. Fish off the beach or travel down to nearby Camp Ellis (10 min) to book a fishing outing or buy fresh fish/lobsters right from the returning fishermen. Walk into town and pier for amusement park. Drive 25 minutes to Ogunquit or Portland, 45 minutes to Freeport/LL Bean or the Kittery Factory Outlets. Close proximity to numerous golf courses and great eating places.
