Vacation Rental Description

The lovely ocean view condo unit has a king bed in the master 
bedroom,  queen sofa bed in the living room, a queen sofa bed in the 
loft, full kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, large lanai, overhead plantation 
fans in every room, cable T/V's and VCR and a washer and dryer in 
the 
unit. You also have a lovely wide ocean view from the large lanai, 
lovely large pool and Jacuzzi with Webber gas grills.  The unit 
comes 
completely furnished with all kitchen appliances including 
dishwasher, built in microwave over stove, coffee maker, toaster, 
blender, dishes and flatware.

Condobob's 13 Cliffs and Sandpiper Village condo units recently 
received special acclaim in the November 2003 issue of  Arthur 
Frommer's "Budget Travel" magazine for being one of the best budget 
buys on the Island of Kauai.  The article is also posted on the web 
and upon request i will e-mail you the link address. None of the 
four 
other condos mentioned in the article had lower unit values than 
Condobob's.

The unit is also fully equipped with a digital CD, tape player and 
radio combination with surround sound that plays CD's, CD-R's and CD-
RW discs in addition to tapes. In addition, the living room and 
dining room has a large ceiling to floor mirrored wall with a large 
beveled glass dining room set. All linens are also furnished 
including an extra set if needed. However, we do not furnish a hair 
dryer or beach towels and you should bring these items with you or 
purchase them here.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The lovely condo unit is located in the center of the beautiful 
gated 
community of Princeville, Kauai and is next to the Makai Golf Course 
and tennis facility. The Princeville Resort was voted the best

Ocean and craggy, green, mystical mountains and is indescribably

Hanalei Bay and Lumahai, and the spectacular scenery (the movie 
Jurassic Park was filmed here), are just a short, scenic drive away.

The best beaches in all Hawaii are located only 5 minutes from the

that connect the waterfalls to the ocean. Hike the Kalalau Trail on 
the Napali Coast also located on the North Shore of Kauai and see

If you book within 30 days of arrival date the special discount rate 
are $599 a week plus tax and cleaning 
fee applies.High season is excluded.

Normal all year rates are $775 per week plus tax and cleaning fee.

Minimum rental is 3 days. We rent from 3 days on up and 2 week rates 
and monthly rates are available. Contact us for rates.

The Monthly rate, including all taxes and fees, is $3,594 total.
