Kitchen - Newly appointed kitchen with new cabinets, granite and new
appliances as well as wooden plantation shutters, wine rack and wine
refrigerators.
Living Room- new carpeting an open floor plan overlooking the
dining area.

1500 monthly for 12 months and $3500 per month for season with 3
month minimum. Rates include basic cable T.V. and water.
