There is also a great neighborhood park and recreation center along
with a new Public Library just 3 blocks away. The Rancho Park Golf
Course--site of past PGA and Senior PGA tournaments--is less than
one mile from Villa Westwood Gardens. Cheviot Hill Park and
Hillcrest Country Club are just a mile away. There are over a half
dozen great golf courses and over a dozen recreation parks with a
10 minute drive

All three bedrooms enjoy king or queen beds and great
views onto the verdant yard. Family groups and business persons
alike will enjoy spreading out over the spacious yards. Three
private bedrooms plus marble-tiled bath and the detached Guesthouse
(with kingsize bed) provide bed spaces for groups of 11 persons
while leaving the living room free for entertaining . The
Guesthouse Gameroom has an Electronic Arcade Basketball game as well
as a professional model Foosball Table.

For your entertainment we have multiple TVs, DVD/VCR players for
each of the televisions, suround sound Home Theater and Hi-speed
wireless intenet. We also provide unlimited free local calling and
free nationwide long distance calling so all the calls are free 24/7.

Villa Westwood Gardens faces west, with full sun exposure throughout
the front and rear yards. The living room and dining room flow
into one another for entertaining groups. The living room is
graced by all-new black leather furniture throughout the living

$295 per night during May & October with monthly rental

$395 per night during June & Sept. with monthly rental

$495 per night during July/ August and Holidays with monthly rental


Damage Deposit of $500 is returned at the end of your stay.

No additional cleaning fee if left in the condition received.

For Stays less than 30 days the City of Los Angeles collects a 14%
Occupancy Tax(Occupancy taxes are not included in the rate schedule
above and do not apply for stays longer than one month)
