This private and secluded cottage on Kauai’s lush northern shore is
85 seconds, level stroll to the water at the most beautiful and
secluded portion of Anini Beach Lagoon and is custom built and
comfortably accommodates four to six. This approximately 1,200 sq. ft
house has 2-3 bedrooms, 2 full tiled baths, 1-2 living rooms, a fully
equipped kitchen and a large covered lanai with LPG and charcoal
barbecues. Beautiful forest and mountain views can be seen from
several rooms and it features gorgeous, original Hawaiian quilts,
granite counters, ceiling fans in all rooms, newly fully carpeted and
complementary computer broadband and WiFi access.

homes is a perfect way to have a family reunion for from 9-14 and be
able to eat together while segregating the more voluble children. 10%

Ohana has two queen-sized beds, one queen-sized futon sofa-bed,
and a separate couch to sleep a sixth person. It has a complete
kitchen with full sized appliances and koa wood cabinets. Complete,
free laundry facilities are present in the house along with newly
added covered lanai for dining and barbecuing, and outside access to
one of the indoor showers for rinsing upon return from the beach. The
home is fully equipped with linen, beach towels and pads, barbecue,
games, sightseeing and other books, stereo with CD player, DVD and VCR
players and selected videos, cable TVs and DSL for computer broadband
access.
Directly across a quiet street is a level, beach access path. In less
than 85 seconds you are on beautiful, clean, sandy and secluded Anini
Beach, noted for its double reef making it one of the safest beaches
in Hawaii for swimming, kayaking, sunbathing, etc. The sound of the
birds in the trees surrounding the house is a soothing reminder of the
lush forest so nearby. The backyard is very private with many
beautiful tropical plantings and perfect for smaller children or
throwing a Frisbee.

Anini Beach Lagoon also features wind surfing, kite boarding, snorkeling,
fishing and deep-sea charters, and a lovely park with fresh and hot

Polo matches are held on Sunday afternoons from May to September.
Wonderful surfing, boogie-boarding and river kayaking is just around
the point to the east. It’s only two-three miles to the Princeville
Resort area where there are world-renowned golf courses, many shops, a
super market, tennis courts, helicopter rides, wagon trail rides,
hiking, biking, etc. Three miles in the other direction is Kilauea
with its famous lighthouse, bird sanctuary, guava Plantation, good
restaurants etc.
Rates for Up to Four Guests:
-SUMMER SEASON (June - August 2008): $5,000 per month, $1,450 per week
with 1 week normal minimum stay but check for schedule gaps.
-VALUE SEASON (9/2008-5/09 save Christmas): $4,650 per
month (28 days), $1,250 per week or $185 per night-3 day minimum stay.
-CHRISTMAS 2008: Summer 2008 rates apply with two week minimum stay.
Other Rental Provisions:
-$25 per night or $150/wk per additional guest for greater than FOUR.
-10% discount for Ohana when rented with larger home on same property
-Hawaiian T&A & Excise taxes 11.37% (or as changed by Hawaii).
-Outcleaning $140 independent of duration of stay.
-Minimum $350 reservation/security deposit; fully refundable within
3 weeks after departure. Deposit somewhat higher for longer stays.
-Full rental payment due at least 60 days before scheduled
occupancy (Christmas and extended stays 90 days.
