Landau Vacation Beach Rentals in Siesta Key

Located at beautiful Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. Units are
exceptionally clean and completely furnished (including dishes,
utensils, pots, pans, skillets, dish detergent)with dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, blender, electric can opener, bed and bath
linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beachtoys, 2 wheel
beach cart, coolers, rafts, small child life vests, games, Wireless Internet,
LCD TV's w/built in dvd player in each bedroom and living room, dvd movies,
and more. Rentals have a queen bed in one bedroom and the other
bedroom had twin beds. Sofa is a queen sleeper. Portable crib and
high chair available upon request at no additional charge. Shared
laundry room is located between the units and are free of charge.
Clothes detergent, bounce, iron and portable ironing board are in
each unit at no charge. Telephones have answering machines to catch
your calls while you are at the beach or pool. Units have central
heat and air and on city water. Gas bbq grill located on patio in
privacy fenced back yard along with outside shower and umbrella table
and chairs and portable umbrella clothes line. Each unit has front
patio furniture to enjoy relaxing or dining outside. Rental units

Across the drive and two buildings to the left (aprox 60 steps), you
will find the very large heated pool and across from the pool, you
will find Crescent Beach with it's cool, white quartz sand, gentle
Gulf waters, and the most Spectacular of Sunsets. Shops, stores,
resturants, drug store with post office, are within a two minute walk.

Boat, bike, jet ski rentals, parasailing, bait and tackle, and more
are within a two minute walk. Tennis and Golf are within a short
drive. Two miles up the beach is Siesta Key public beach with beach
volleyball courts, playground, picnic area, restrooms, and pavilion.

Weekly Rental Deposit $300.00
Monthly Rental Deposit $500.00
The Deposit will be held pending inspection for damages,
missing items, and excessive cleaning. If unit is left in same
condition as was when rented, deposit will be returned
via Priority Mail, within 2 business days.
No Smoking Inside Units but Allowed on Patio And No Pets Allowed
