Kate’s cottage has been recently renovated and has all major appliances in excellent
condition: dish washer, washer/dryer, refrigerator. Fully equipped kitchen. Lopi wood
burning fireplace insert. Gas furnace, Television, Sundance 5 person spa w/stereo system.

Queen size bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in 2nd room, sofa bed in living room.
Dining room table seats up to 8. Dinghy with oars and life preserver, crab trap, football

High speed wireless Internet access

Handicapped accessible entrance and wheelchair friendly bathroom (multiple grab bars
and no lip access to shower)

Beach walks and beach combing, from the beach in front of our cottage you can walk for
miles in either direction.

Golf – we have 9 and 18 hole courses nearby.
