Description of Unit:
No need to worry about budgeting for fun after you arrive at the beach. Most folks rent a bare-bones vacation home then must pay extra to entertain the family. Keep your money because this unit includes all the fun!

We have two boats, five bikes and all the sports equipment you need to enjoy the resort. Want to hit the beach? Your beach parking pass is included with the unit at no extra charge. We provide you with umbrellas and chairs. No need to dine out, the family can eat together in the full-sized kitchen and dining room or have a crab feast on the screened porch.

Relax and enjoy a luxury, bi-level condominium located in the resort community of Bethany Bay, Pavilions section. This unit is ideally suited for a single or multi-family vacation. The unit has been decorated and appointed to anticipate your every need while you unwind. You will enjoy the sunset relaxing on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake and golf course, with bay views. Paddle or fish in the waters of the Bay with the canoe and kayak provided with the unit.

The first level of the home has an eat-in kitchen (dining table for 4), a dining room (dining for 8), a living room with seating for ten, two bedrooms (each with a king
sized bed) and two baths, a deck and a screened-in porch (dining table for 4). Take the spiral staircase to the second level where you will find one very large bedroom with two (2) queen-size beds (+ plenty of room for a crib or kids' sleeping bags) and one bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle, with bath. Enjoy five (5) TVs, four (4) video players and a portable stereo for the deck or anywhere in the unit.

The kitchen is stocked with the basic items you will need to prepare delicious meals for your family. Sand toys, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach totes are provided for your comfort and enjoyment.

Friday evening check-in allows you to enjoy a full beach weekend while avoiding the Saturday rental traffic. Friday afternoon check-out allows you family to sleep in and enjoy one last day on the beach.

Note: This unit is not handicapped accessable, the front door is located on the third floor of the building and is accessable via stairs!

Amenities included with the unit are a beach parking pass, a private kayak (1 person), a private canoe (seats 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids). The resort facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis, exercise room, basketball, beach volley ball, on-site golf and boat ramp (a small extra per-person fee for use of resort activities, except boating, which is included).  Enjoy, biking, hiking and jogging on the 420-acre lush sanctuary of the Bethany Bay Resort. The environment provides an opportunity to observe great blue herons, deer, fox, and other wetland wildlife in a natural setting. Canoe with your family or escape with the kayak or peaceful solo paddle.  Sunrise boating on the bay offers the best view of wildlife!

Fish Or Crab From the Kayak or Canoe - which are located at the boat ramp around the corner from the unit. There is no need to pack sporting equipment: Crabbing gear, fishing gear, life vests, bikes, golf clubs (use ours, bring your clubs, or rent at the Pro Shop), and other sports equipment are supplied free of charge. Extensive video and reading library are included.

If you wish to bask on the beaches in the town of Bethany, use your exclusive town parking pass (free of charge, needed until October 1). Beach and pool toys, umbrellas and chairs are provided with the unit.  The Rehoboth Beach resort area with its tax-free outlet shopping is a short drive.  Your Bethany Bay vacation also places you in close proximity to the beaches, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants of nearby Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Fenwick Island, Delaware, and Ocean City, Maryland.
