front community on Delray Beach.  Close to famous Atlantic Avenue 
with fabulous restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Minutes from 
supermarkets and theaters as well as The Boca Towncenter Mall.  
About 2 1/2 hours from Disney, 1/2 hour to Ft. Lauderdale and 
1 hour to Miami.  Beautifully decorated and spotless.

No pets and no smoking, please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Home includes a cozy wood burning fireplace, wide screen TV with 
DVD/VCR in living room, TV with DVD in master bedroom, stereo 
system, full kitchen (no dishwasher) towels, linens, hair dryer,  
local and U.S.long distance phone service.  Community pool
with jacuzzi, gas grill and cooking area overlooking the ocean. This 
home is beautifully decorated with Ethan Allen and Tommy Bahama 
furniture.
