This professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo is
located at MarVista Grande, built in 2007 and located in the Ocean
Drive section of the Grand Strand in North Myrtle Beach. Sleeps 12,
with master and second bedroom having king size beds, and the third
and fourth bedrooms having 2 queen size beds each. Kitchen features
stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Covered balcony
has beautiful view of the ocean with table and chairs for relaxation
or dining.

All bedrooms have color televisions with cable service. The living
room has a DVD player and high-speed internet is available within
the condo as well as wireless service in common areas.

The resort features covered parking for guests on the lower levels
and a state of the art fitness facility for staying in shape while
at the beach. A business center with computer terminals, printers
and internet access is available within the resort for use by guests.

The resort opens onto a common area including covered, heated pools
as well as hot tubs and a lazy river. There is a large outdoor pool
with an adjacent "tiki" bar for socializing and refreshments. Just
on the other side of the pools is the Atlantic ocean. This section
of beach has tidepools for the little kids as well as expansive
sandy beaches that are perfect for relaxing, playing in the sand or
taking long beach walks.
